No Returns Accepted

Due to the nature of our business model, we do not accept returns. However, refunds are available under specific conditions as outlined below.

Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the package and the item.

Timeframe for Refunds

You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will not be able to process any refund requests.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Unboxing Video: Before unboxing your package, write the name you used to place the order on the package with visible ink. Alternatively, ensure that the shipping label with your name and address is clearly captured on camera.
  2. Capture the Unboxing: Record a continuous video showing the unboxing of the package and the condition of the item inside.
  3. Submit Your Request: Contact our customer service team at refunds@globasync.com with your order details and the unboxing video attached. Clearly indicate any cosmetic damage or defect in the video.
  4. Review and Processing: Our team will review your request and process the refund accordingly.

Refund Method

Once your refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method you used for the purchase.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will be the value of the product at the time you placed the order, minus a deduction of:

  1. PayPal's transaction fees: 4.4% + $0.30
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued if an unboxing video is not provided, or if the video does not meet the requirements outlined above.

Optional Returns

While returns are not required, customers are welcome to return products out of generosity with an unlimited timeframe. Please note that the refund process is not contingent on whether or not items are returned. If you choose to return the items, the shipping cost will not be borne by the business.
